The Dongcheng Fire God Temple can be found on Andingmen Dajie' not too far walking from the Drum Tower of Beijing.
The former Fire God Temple is today in use as a public housing facility and has been divided into several sections accomodating several families.
Recognize the building by its small decorated archway and the high multi-story central buildings with colored roof tiles and of unusual architecture.
Although the former Temple is not open to the public, if one asks politely one could have a look around and inspect some of the details inside.
